Any customer leasing a WildBlue system from Got SKY Unlimited will receive the Got SKY Lifetime* WildBlue Equipment Warranty which includes one-year AVG anti-virus software license. Customer must pay up-front lease payment to receive a discounted or FREE standard professional installation, depending on the service package selected, plus $35 account origination fee. These fees are non-refundable unless the sales order is cancelled by the customer within 3 business days from the date of sale. Promotion is effective as of October 15, 2008 and all Got SKY lease sales must be submitted before 12:00 midnight on December 31, 2008 in order to receive the Got SKY Lifetime* WildBlue Equipment Warranty which includes one-year AVG anti-virus software license; system must be installed and activated by January 15, 2009.  May not be combined with any other Got SKY/ WildBlue offer or promotion and Restrictions may apply.    

Customer must agree to and sign a 24-month Got SKY Unlimited WildBlue lease agreement for one of the following:

(1.) “Value Pack” at a monthly cost of $59.95. Customer pays $149 regular lease fee, $49.95 for Standard Professional Installation, and $35 for the non-refundable account origination fee. They will receive the Got SKY Lifetime* WildBlue Equipment Warranty which includes one-year AVG anti-virus software license. Customer can switch to any service package at any time. Packages are billed in 30-day periods and are not pro-rated.

(2.) “Select Pack” at a monthly cost of $74.95. Customer pays $149 regular lease fee, FREE Standard Professional Installation, and $35 for the non-refundable account origination fee. They will receive the Got SKY Lifetime* WildBlue Equipment Warranty which includes one-year AVG anti-virus software license. Customer can switch to Pro Pack service package at any time. Customer must remain on Select or Pro Pack Service for Six-months or pay a $49.95 “down-grade” fee to go to Value Pack Service. Packages are billed in 30-day periods and are not pro-rated.

(3.) “Pro Pack” at a monthly cost of $84.95. Customer pays $149 regular lease fee, FREE Standard Professional Installation, and $35 for the non-refundable account origination fee. They will receive the Got SKY Lifetime* WildBlue Equipment Warranty which includes one-year AVG anti-virus software license. Customer can switch to Select Pack service package at any time. Customer must remain on Select or Pro Pack Service for Six-months or pay a $49.95 “down-grade” fee to go to Value Pack Service. Packages are billed in 30-day periods and are not pro-rated.

Got SKY WildBlue equipment will be shipped directly to the customer within 3 to 5 business days. If the customer agree to the terms of the Got SKY Lease and decides to cancel after the WildBlue system has been shipped, they will be responsible for the cost of shipping the system back to Got SKY and a $25 restocking fee in addition to the $35 non-refundable account origination fee. If the customer would like Got SKY to send or email pre-paid UPS shipping labels for the return of the equipment, the cost is $35. If the installer arrives and finds that there is no line-of-sight, the customer will not be charged for the return of the equipment, once we receive the equipment back, the customer's money will be refunded, less the $35 Account Origination Fee.

Got SKY Unlimited only offers monthly “e-bill” service for billing of WildBlue Satellite Speed Internet service. Customer’s first monthly e-bill will arrive around the first of the month following installation of their WildBlue equipment. That first bill will include the pro-rated share of their first month of service, plus their second month of service. Got SKY Unlimited only accepts VISA or MASTERCARD for lease payment, as well as for Got SKY WildBlue monthly service.

Program Timeline:

Customer account must be activated by January 15, 2009 to be eligible for the $149 regular lease fee and the Got SKY Lifetime* WildBlue Equipment Warranty which includes one-year AVG anti-virus software license, on their Got SKY lease agreement. Got SKY Unlimited reserves the right to cancel or extend this offer on the Got SKY lease agreement, as well as the Got SKY Lifetime* WildBlue Equipment Warranty one-year AVG anti-virus software license without notice.
